Caerphilly Rugby Tours

 

 

 

Abergavenny

On the 2nd of May there will be a tournament at Abergavenny for the 2nd time. Most people would be camping and going up on the 1st and returning on the 3rd.


IFOR Rugby Tournament

For our tour this year we are going to Malone RFC, Belfast, Northern Ireland.

We will be leaving on the Friday 30th March.

The time that we will meet in the Caerphilly rugby club will be

 at 4:00 in the morning!!!

And our flight will be at 7:00am.

We will be playing in a tournament against Irish, Scottish and

English teams, so it will be a mini 4 nations.

So we are representing Wales.

We will be on Irish television and will be in the newspapers.

We will return on Monday 2nd April.

Liam Chowdhury

We represented Wales in the tournament. We didn't win the shield

but we gave them a good run for the money!!!

Amberley Ruck was the only girl in the tournament and won the player of the whole tournament.

                                                     

The team that won the Cup was Bishop's Stortford. The rugby team that won the Shield was Young Munster.
